Peace Corps Response sends experienced professionals and Returned Peace Corps Volunteers to undertake short-term, high-impact service assignments in communities around the world. These Volunteer positions are highly specialized and technical, and provide targeted assistance in areas such as education, health, environment, community economic development, agriculture, youth in development, and disaster risk reduction and response. Join us at this virtual information session to learn more about the Response Volunteer program, ask questions about service, and gain tips to guide you through the application process!

She served in Costa Rica as a TEFL Volunteer from 2016-2018. Natalie graduated from the University of North Carolina with a double major in Political Science and Global Studies and upon graduation moved to Chongqing, China to teach English. Ashley Lenihan (Supervisory Recruitment and Placement Specialist @Peace Corps Response) Ashley Lenihan hails from the state of Illinois where she graduated from the University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign. After serving three years as a Peace Corps Volunteer in the Education sector in Romania, Ashley began working at Peace Corps Headquarters. She concurrently earned a Masters of Public Administration with specialization in International Development Management from George Washington University. Previously a Recruitment and Placement Specialist (RPS) in Peace Corps Response for 3 years, Ashley has recruited for Volunteer openings in every region and sector.
